Appointment Booking
GP and nurse appointments can be made by telephone on 01377 243055 or by attending reception at the Driffield or Wetwang surgery.
The appointments are made available to patients with an acute condition that require the attention of the doctor or nurse. We advise ringing as close to 8am as possible to book an appointment. These appointments are not available to book online. We have limited pre bookable appointments.
Our highly trained administration staff will ask you why you need an appointment. This is simply to direct you to the most appropriate clinician. It may not always be necessary to speak with a GP, we are very fortunate to have an excellent nursing team including 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners and 3 Nurse Prescribers.
The practice is not always able to offer you the clinician of your choice, if you have an acute problem, requiring a same day telephone/face to face appointment, you would need to speak with a clinician with available appointments.
Cancelling Unwanted Appointments
We have an automated appointment cancellation line which is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
