Vacancy: Administrator
We have 1 full time post and 1 part time post available. Additional hours may be available.
The post requires flexible working including occasional early mornings and weekends, and the ability to get to our branch surgery at Wetwang.
We work across 3 sites – The Medical Centre on Cranwell Road, Wetwang Surgery and we have administration offices on Mill Street in Driffield.
Job Summary
- To receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
- Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
Hours: Full time – 37 hours 8am – 6pm over 4 days, Part time – 25 hours, 1pm – 6pm, Mon – Fri
Reports to: Admin Manager
