My interests include work around Mental Health cases and services, Respiratory Medicine, Pediatrics, Medicolegal and Ethics work and Education. I will be a GP Trainer from August 2018 and oversee a GP Registrar in the Practice.

Practice Nursing Team

Our Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Tina Cox has a vast amount of experience and is able to refer to secondary care accordingly. Our Nursing team Linda, Kate, Georgie and Abbie are trained in various different areas and have very different skills sets, for this reason nurse appointments are not available online.

The Nurses are supported by our Healthcare Assistants who provide services such as blood tests, certain vaccinations, blood pressure checks and ECG’s.

Our Customer Service Team can direct you to the correct clinician when booking appointments.

Our Practice Manager is Elizabeth Dalton.  Liz is supported by Vicky Barsby, Assistant Practice Manager – Financial and Sarah Earl, Assistant Practice Manager – Operational.

Customer Service Team

We have a team of 13 trained Administrators who make up our Customer Service Team, the team is managed by our Admin Manager.  The team answer all incoming calls (averaging 2000 calls per week) and provide all services at Reception.

Our Administrators are trained to triage all appointments requests, this is practice policy to ensure that you are booked in with the correct clinician.

Personal Assistants

Each of the GP’s have a PA. The PA’s are trained in all aspects of secretarial work but also have individual duties relevant to their own GP.

We are a dispensing practice with a dispensary service at both the Driffield and Wetwang surgeries.  All of our Dispensers are fully trained to handle and dispense medication.

We dispense medications to patients who live more than one mile from a pharmacy.
