Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients, carers, and GP Practice staff who meet to discuss Practice updates and patient experiences to aid our delivery of services. The aim of the PPG is to enhance communication between patients and the Practice, allowing for collaborative discussions on health care services. PPGs are made up of patient volunteers and a representative of the practice, they are open to all patients registered with the GP practice.
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you. To help us with this, we formed a Patient Participation Group (PPG) in early 2025. The PPG gives our patients the opportunity to voice their opinions about the surgery in general as well as to propose possible improvements to meet the needs of our patients.
The PPG have four formal meetings a year, each lasting about one and a half hours. There will be on occasion additional meetings or events, please note that all attendance is voluntary.
We are looking for new members to the group from all walks of life to ensure we have a true representation of our Practice population. For example, families with children, retired, working age, elderly, young etc.
If you are interested and would like to join the PPG we would be grateful if you would complete our online form or ask for a form at Reception.
